Mitie is seeking an organised and proactive Contract Analyst to support the review, analysis and management of contract compliance, amendments and investigations for Staffordshire Police.
Responsibilities:
- Produce accurate and timely reports on PPM activities using the QFM CAFM system data.
- Submit monthly activity and progress reports.
- Perform additional duties as required to support contract operations.
- Ensure purchase orders are aligned with what has been quoted and agreed by the client.
- Enter data, update records and produce reports.
Qualifications:
- Administrative experience.
- Experience with SharePoint, Power BI, systems and portals.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office platforms, including Excel.
- Confident communicator and team player.
