Mitie is looking for elite security officers who can deliver exceptional customer service whilst providing a highly visible presence that reduces the impact of anti‑social behaviour on colleagues and customers.
Requirements:
- Current SIA licence.
- Full 5-year checkable employment/education history. Failure to provide this may result in offer withdrawal or employment termination.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver industry‑leading customer service.
- Create a safe environment, free from crime and the fear of crime for customers and colleagues.
- Manage anti‑social behaviour and build positive relationships with those who cause it.
- Engage with members of the public by providing a welcoming presence.
- Support the public and visitors with their queries in a friendly and polite manner.
- Assist Police and crime partnerships where required to aid the reduction of crime in store.
- Wear Body‑Worn CCTV to support crime reduction and increase colleague and customer safety.
