ROLE: Mechanical & Electrical Supervisor
HOURS: 40 hours per week
LOCATION: NATS Swanwick & Whiteley

We're looking for a Mechanical & Electrical Supervisor who will support the Mitie Projects team delivering works across the NATS Swanwick and Whiteley sites within complex and highly regulated environments.
Role Responsibilities
- Supervise mechanical and electrical installation, maintenance, refurbishment and minor works activities across multiple projects.
- Coordinate and manage specialist subcontractors, ensuring works are carried out safely, efficiently and in accordance with project requirements.
- Review and implement Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS) and ensure compliance with relevant legislation, industry standards, client procedures and Mitie policies.
- Deliver site inductions, toolbox talks and daily briefings whilst promoting a positive health and safety culture.
- Liaise with stakeholders, project managers, engineers and contractors to ensure works are delivered safely, efficiently and to the required standards.
Required Qualifications
- Recognised qualification in a mechanical or electrical discipline (City & Guilds, NVQ Level 3, HNC/HND or equivalent).
- Demonstrable experience supervising M&E works within commercial, industrial, infrastructure or similarly complex environments.
- Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical building services installations.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Willingness and eligibility to obtain Security Check (SC) clearance.
