We are looking for an experienced Site Manager to supervise all site-based operatives and oversee all aspects of their work, ensuring they are carried out within current codes of practice to a high standard.
Responsibilities
- Oversee operatives and their work
- Carry out safety inductions and toolbox talks
- Control quality of work and ensure method statements/risk assessments are completed
- Ensure materials used, including those by subcontractors, are compliant with technical and quality specifications
- Maintain plant and facilities cleanliness and keep accurate records of work carried out
Qualifications
- Knowledge of CDM regulations
- SMSTS Certificate (must be obtained or held)
- Substantial experience of the full life cycle of several construction projects, including supervision of the project and staff/operatives
