ROLE: Commercial Refrigeration Engineer
HOURS: Monday - Friday (40 hours per week)
LOCATION: South Midlands (Postcodes: MK, OX, LU, HP, NN)
SALARY: £42,757 basic + £2,543 on-call allowance

Role Responsibilities- Install, service, and repair commercial refrigeration systems
- Diagnose faults and carry out effective breakdown repairs
- Ensure all work meets industry regulations and internal safety standards
- Communicate clearly with clients and internal teams regarding completed work and recommendations
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Participate in an on‑call rota as required
- Current, valid F‑Gas Certificate
- Minimum 10 years of experience in commercial refrigeration, specifically in restaurants and hospitality environments
- Strong understanding of commercial refrigeration systems in the foodservice/retail sector
- Professional, reliable, capable of high performance during peak periods
- Full UK driving licence
- Qualified to work on chilled and frozen commercial equipment
- Must live in a postcode beginning with MK, OX, LU, HP or NN
