Location and Shift: Buxton | Monday to Friday, 08:30 – 17:00 (37.5 hours per week)

We're looking for a Soft Services Administrator who will lead the day-to-day delivery of soft services on the HSE Buxton contract, ensuring operational excellence and strong financial performance while supporting key functions including Reception, Stores, and Helpdesk.

Role Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate daily activities across Reception, Helpdesk, and Stores to meet contractual KPI standards
  • Produce and manage rotas to ensure full shift coverage in line with contract requirements
  • Monitor and control expenditure while identifying opportunities to maximise income and improve financial performance
  • Lead, support and develop team members through training, appraisals, and performance management
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with health and safety, including risk assessments and safe working practices

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience in an administrative or helpdesk role
  • Proven supervisory or leadership experience
  • Good understanding of health and safety legislation and compliance
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload effectively
  • IT proficiency, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Full UK driving licence due to site location
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to identify and deliver service improvements
