We're looking for a Small Works Supervisor to join our team at RAF Lossiemouth on the Future Defence Infrastructure Service (FDIS) contract, overseeing minor works and maintenance activities in a high‑profile defence environment.

Role Responsibilities

  • Manage and deliver minor new works, planned preventative maintenance, and reactive and remedial works.
  • Coordinate and manage supply chain partners and contractors to ensure works are delivered safely, on time and to standard.
  • Review and approve RAMS, permits and compliance documentation in line with contractual and site requirements.
  • Plan, prioritise and monitor work schedules to ensure contractual KPIs are consistently achieved.
  • Liaise with the wider site team, Helpdesk, DIO and end users to resolve issues and support contract delivery.
