We're looking for a Water Technician who will be responsible for the operation, maintenance, and monitoring of water treatment systems, ensuring water safety and full regulatory compliance across customer sites.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Complete a range of Legionella maintenance PPMs, remedial cleaning, sampling, chemical testing, and minor plumbing works.
  • Carry out routine monitoring tasks in line with the Approved Code of Practice (ACoP) L8.
  • Maintain customer water logbooks and complete all required documentation in accordance with current guidelines and company policy.
  • Carry out water system cleans and disinfections in line with ACoP L8 and Mitie procedures.
  • Test, service, and maintain thermostatic mixing valves (TMVs), along with supporting basic plumbing works where required.
  • Carry out closed system on-site analysis and chemical dosing.
  • Complete mains injection works.
  • Perform cooling tower cleaning and disinfection activities.

Required Qualifications:

  • Previous experience within Compliance Servicing, Legionella Monitoring, or Water Treatment.
  • Advanced knowledge and experience of maintaining water systems is desirable.
