The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.
We are looking for an experienced Site Manager/Supervisor to supervise all site-based operatives and oversee aspects of their work, making sure they are undertaken within the current codes of practice to a high standard.
You shall be overseeing operatives and their work, carrying out safety inductions, tool box talks (TBT) controlling quality of work and ensuring RAMS are completed and in date. You will make sure all materials used, including those by subcontractors, are compliant with technical and quality specifications, kept clean and tidy while upkeeping the plant and facilities whilst maintaining accurate records of all work carried out.
You should have excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise and plan effectively. Being able to drive projects forwards and expect a good standard of work is essential. Overcoming barriers and solving problems along the way efficiently and effectively. A strong sense of responsibility, punctuality, and reliability is essential.
