Responsibilities
- Manage a cleaning team, including recruitment and development of staff to maintain excellent service standards for routine planned and periodic cleaning for Mitie customers.
- Ensure cleaning staff work to task schedules, follow Health & Safety procedures and receive technical training as required.
- Distribute uniforms, monitor cleanliness standards and manage material usage, ordering stocks as necessary.
- Resolve issues efficiently and professionally, referring to line manager when appropriate.
Qualifications
- Previous supervisory and cleaning experience.
- Good communication skills.
- Reliable, hardworking with a professional attitude.
- Ability to work independently to a schedule.
