Join Mitie - the future of high performing places. The Service Supervisor will work 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, at Rolls Royce - Ripley - Derby Road. The role will support the Account Manager, operations supervisor and operations team in the waste management process, engaging with client stakeholders and site-based facilities teams to ensure all paperwork is completed and filed according to legislative and client requirements. Mitie’s waste supply chain booking and management of routine and adhoc waste movements will be managed by this position.
Responsibilities
- Work in partnership with the Account Manager and operations team to deliver against the key objectives for the contract.
- Support the Account Manager in providing waste data analysis and detailed feedback to the client.
- Support scheduling, booking and confirming waste collections across multiple sites.
- Manage waste and recycling sub‑contractors’ paperwork, including scanning, filing and uploading of all waste compliance documentation and ensuring these remain up to date.
- Maintain and continually review all processes and systems currently in place and offer initiatives where possible.
Qualifications
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks.
- Stakeholder and client management experience.
- Organised, proactive and adaptable attitude.
- Preferably knowledge of waste management.
