Senior Project Administrator and Document Controller

We're looking for a Senior Project Administrator and Document Controller to support the delivery of critical projects within the AWE Water Services Contract. This is a key role responsible for maintaining project governance, document control, reporting and compliance processes, ensuring project information remains accurate, secure, traceable and audit-ready throughout the project lifecycle.

Role Responsibilities

  • Coordinate project governance activities, reporting, meetings, actions, risks and project controls information across multiple projects.
  • Manage document control processes, ensuring all project documentation, records, submissions and communications are maintained in line with contract, security and compliance requirements.
  • Support project teams with reporting, dashboards, commercial administration, document reviews, handovers and audit preparation.
  • Maintain accurate project registers, trackers and records while ensuring information remains controlled, current and accessible.

Required Qualifications

Applicants must meet the below defined requirements for the role.

  • Significant experience in Project Administration, PMO, Project Coordination or Document Control within complex engineering, construction or regulated environments.
  • Strong knowledge of document management processes, revision control, governance and reporting.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office 365 skills, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams and SharePoint.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain required security clearance.
