About the Role
We are looking for professional, customer-focused Security Officers to join our team at a prestigious corporate site. You will provide a visible security presence, support front-of-house operations, conduct patrols, respond to incidents and help maintain a safe and secure environment for colleagues, visitors and contractors.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service across reception, speed lanes, cycle entrance and other security posts
- Manage access and egress in line with site procedures
- Conduct internal, external and health & safety patrols
- Monitor and report security risks, suspicious behaviour and safety concerns
- Support emergency response, evacuations and incident management
- Assist with visitor management, temporary passes and contractor access
- Complete security logs, patrol records and operational reports
- Maintain a visible, professional and vigilant security presence at all times
Essential Requirements
- Current SIA Door SupervisorLicenceor above
- Minimum one year customer service or corporate environment experience
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Professional appearance and conduct
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and during incidents
- Good IT skills and willingness to learn site security systems
- Ability to follow procedures and work effectively as part of a team
Desirable Experience
- Corporate security experience
- Reception,concierge or contractor access experience
- Experience using Lenel OnGuard access control systems
- Experience working within a corporate or high-profile environment
- Knowledge of incident response and emergency procedures
