We're looking for a Mobile Mechanical Engineer to support our Department for Transport contract across Kent and covering locations up to Southampton. In this role, you'll deliver planned and reactive maintenance while providing a high-quality service to our client across multiple sites.
Role Responsibilities
- Carry out maintenance and repairs on plumbing, ventilation (AHUs), heating and cooling systems (FCUs, thermal wheels), and water systems.
- Deliver excellent customer service and respond to client queries and faults.
- Complete accurate documentation including PPMs, inspection reports, and remedial works.
- Work safely at heights and within confined spaces where required.
What we're looking for
- Experience in commercial facilities management or mechanical building services maintenance.
- Relevant mechanical biased qualifications (C&G Level 2/3 or equivalent).
- For a candidate to be based in the Kent region.
- Full UK driving licence and confidence using mobile technology.
- Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to work.
