Main Duties
Operations
- Follow Assignment Instructions, SOPs and Security Notices.
- Comply with legal obligations and safety requirements.
- Follow instructions and procedures.
- Follow directions from management and Mobile Supervisors.
Training
- Pass Work Safety Induction (WSI)
- Pass Depot Track Access (DTA)
NOTE* Before the above training takes place you will be require to pass the following
- Medical Examination
- Drug & Alcohol Test
NOTE* Failure to pass these above will result in your offer of employment being retracted and you will not progress further.
Security and Health & Safety
- Look out for, and report, Health & Safety hazards, or potential hazards, on site.
- Stay alert to any threats or changes within the work environment.
- Use common sense and initiative by immediately involving others if a situation appears to become threatening.
- To maintain professional conduct in the face of difficult situations and challenging customers.
- Complete an accurate, detailed Merlin entries and reports as soon as possible.
- Ensure patrols are completed.
- Escalate issues to the Fleet Security Command Centre (FSCC)
