Mitie is looking for a multi‑skill officer to handle security, fire response and first aid across a major client site. This role offers specialist emergency response training, recognised qualifications and broad career opportunities.

- First Response Emergency Care (FREC 3) – 5 days
- Medical Gases (Oxygen & Entonox) – 2 days (or integrated into FREC 3)
- Basic Fire Training – 2 days
- Breathing Apparatus Training – 5 days

Responsibilities
- Provide a visible and proactive security presence across the site.
- Respond quickly and effectively to fires, first aid incidents and environmental emergencies.
- Maintain and inspect emergency equipment to operational standards.
- Conduct internal and external patrols, searches and incident reporting.
- Support compliance with health, safety and security policies.
Essential Requirements
- Full, clean UK driving licence
- Valid SIA front‑line licence (fully funded)
- Ability to pass a medical and fitness test (including suitability for breathing apparatus)
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Willingness to work a variety of shifts, including days, nights and weekends
- Ability to pass security vetting and random drug/alcohol testing
- Basic/intermediate IT skills
Desirable
- FREC 3 medical qualification (if already held)
Please note: Due to breathing apparatus requirements, candidates must remain clean‑shaven or maintain a tightly trimmed goatee‑style beard to ensure equipment compatibility.
