About the Role

Mitie is seeking an enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and proactive Security Relief Controller to join one of our most prestigious contracts in Central London. This role is central to the effective coordination of our operational security teams and requires a highly organised individual with exceptional communication and decision‑making skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handling routine incoming calls from controllers, employees, and client stakeholders
  • Dispatching security officers via telephone and coordinating ad‑hoc operational requirements
  • Maintaining accurate records of communications, incidents, and events
  • Escalating complaints, critical issues, and unusual events promptly to Regional Security Managers and the Account Manager
  • Responding to incidents and operational needs, ensuring all reactive requirements are met efficiently
