Regional Recruitment Manager Mobile Role – South Coast & M4 Corridor

About the role
As a Regional Recruitment Manager you will own and deliver end-to-end recruitment activity for security vacancies across your region.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver end-to-end recruitment across multiple security contracts.
- Develop and implement effective attraction and sourcing strategies.
- Build and maintain robust candidate talent pools.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements.
- Conduct interviews and candidate assessments.
