We're looking for a Planner / Scheduler who will coordinate and plan workloads for field‑based engineers, ensuring efficient service delivery and excellent customer service across all client accounts.
Role Responsibilities
- Plan and schedule planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive works in line with company KPIs, ensuring efficient use of engineer diaries.
- Liaise with clients to book work in advance, ensuring all necessary job information is captured and communicated accurately.
- Coordinate subcontractors where required, including raising purchase orders and organising resources.
- Monitor planning performance, including KPIs, revenue tracking, and return visits, ensuring targets are consistently met.
- Maintain accurate records, order parts where required, and ensure emergency and one‑off works are scheduled within agreed timeframes.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in a planning, scheduling, or logistics‑based role, ideally within facilities management or water treatment.
- Strong communication and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple workloads effectively.
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Excel and Word, with a commercially focused and team‑oriented approach.
