The predicted salary is between 14 - 15 £ per hour.

Salary: £14.88 per hour

Hours: 12 hours per night

Shift Pattern: 7 pm to 7 am, 4 on / 4 off

Contract: Permanent

In this role as Supervisor, you will work within a warehouse environment as part of the cleaning and waste team. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supervising and operating specific equipment
  • Applying cleaning practices and using chemicals in accordance with operational guidelines
  • Conducting daily and weekly checks of all machinery
  • Reporting any faults to the Site Manager
  • Ensuring that all Health & Safety regulations are understood and adhered to
  • Liaising with the Site Manager for shift operation
  • Monitoring waste production using weekly checklists and monitoring procedures
  • Reviewing and verifying that all equipment is kept clean and secured when not in use
  • Undertaking any cleaning and ad-hoc duties as required
  • Dealing with customer complaints
  • Attending appropriate training sessions
  • Maintaining awareness of the Company/Client statutory fire and safety regulations

Qualifications:

  • Previous supervisor experience
