The Opportunity

We're looking for a proactive, organised and people-focused Office Experience Coordinator to become the heartbeat of a fast-paced, creative workplace.

This role is far more than reception and administration.

  • Driving Operational Excellence
  • Processing invoices, receipts and expenses accurately and efficiently
  • Supporting office processes and identifying opportunities to improve ways of working
  • Monitoring security systems and escalating concerns appropriately
  • Supporting the Office Manager and wider Operations team with day-to-day workplace activity
  • Taking ownership of tasks and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks
