Whether supporting customers, assisting colleagues or responding to incidents, you will play an important role in shaping how people experience our stores.

The role is a customer-facing role within a premium retail environment where safety, professionalism and service must work together seamlessly. You will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment while also contributing positively to the customer journey and wider store experience. This includes:

• Creating a visible, welcoming and reassuring presence within store
• Supporting customers and colleagues professionally and confidently
• Responding appropriately to incidents, theft and security concerns
• Helping de-escalate challenging situations calmly and respectfully
• Working collaboratively with store teams as part of the wider M&S environment
• Delivering high standards of professionalism, communication and customer service at all times
