Role:Project Administrator
Hours: 36Hrs Full-Time
Location: London

We're looking for aProject Administrator who will provide vital administrative support to project teams, ensuringdocumentation, reporting, and project tracking activities are managed efficiently to support successful project delivery.
Role Responsibilities
- Manage, issue, track, and update project documentation including site surveys, designs, and electrical drawings.
- Maintain accurate project records and contribute to monthly project reports.
- Record and monitor pre-construction activities, ensuring statuses are updated and tracked effectively.
- Support procurement activities by checking purchase orders have been raised and issued, liaising with Project Managers and Commercial teams where required.
- Maintain project trackers, coordinate document uploads to SharePoint, and support diary management for meetings and site visits.
Required Qualifications
Applicants must meet the below-defined requirements for the role:
- Previous experience in an administrative, project support, or coordination role.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and document management systems such as SharePoint.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional and customer-focused approach.
- Ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams and stakeholders.
