Role Responsibilities:
- Carry out electrical safety checks, PAT testing, and reactive repairs
- Deliver planned maintenance across client sites
- Ensure compliance with health and safety and statutory building regulations
- Maintain accurate records using IT systems
- Support preventative maintenance programmes through inspections and monitoring.
Required Qualifications:
- Qualified to Level 2/3 City & Guilds 2330 or NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation
- AM2
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
- Full, valid UK driving licence
- IT literate with strong customer service skills
- Experience in facilities or mobile maintenance (construction sector preferred).
