Responsibilities:
- Ensure equipment is kept clean, well maintained and in safe working order while meeting all agreed SLAs.
- Build knowledge and understanding of the designated cleaning area and when the work needs to be carried out.
- Follow Health and Safety requirements regarding cleaning equipment and chemicals used on the premises.
- Undertake all required training to deliver the cleaning role.
- Work within a team and also under own initiative.
- Build positive and productive working relationships with all customers, delivering excellent customer service.
- Seek ways to continuously improve and exceed expectations.
Qualifications:
- Ability to communicate and read basic English.
- Previous cleaning experience is desirable but not essential.
- Flexible approach to the role.
- Open, honest, self-driven and determined.
- Reliable and hardworking with a professional attitude.
