ROLE: CAFM& Compliance Lead

At Mitie, our people are our greatest strength, and our promise is to create a place to work where you can thrive and be your best every day.

We're looking for a professional who will provide full and comprehensive CAFM management in support of the Mitie PFI Mo D Corsham and Mo D Armada contracts.

Responsibilities include administering the CAFM systems across both sites, covering activities such as asset management, the addition of new assets, and the creation of PPM schedules and job plans in line with manufacturers' recommendations and SFG20 maintenance standards.

The role also involves supplying accurate data to key stakeholders in accordance with delivery requirements, acting as the single point of contact (SPOC) for Maximo, and maintaining close liaison with the wider CAFM and Asset Care teams.

A key focus is ensuring consistency and commonality wherever possible across both contracts to support aligned operational delivery.

  • Role Responsibilities
  • Support the Compliance Team by ensuring all Mitie policies and procedures relating to Maximo are fully adhered to.
  • Maintain awareness of contract‑specific requirements when adding, updating, or retiring assets.
  • Work closely with site functions, including the Asset Manager and Facilities Manager, to ensure Facilities Management services meet all operational deliverables across the contract.
  • Administer the CAFM system to ensure maintenance activities support asset longevity and uphold the validated state of all process and utilities equipment through effective planning.
  • Provide or coordinate Maximo training and familiarisation sessions for members of the wider Corsham and Armada teams.
  • Required Qualifications
  • Demonstrable previous experience managing a CAFM system or similar, ideally Maximo (but not essential).
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team with the capacity to communicate clearly with a diverse range of customers.
  • Excellent administration and organisational skills.
  • Customer‑focused and friendly approach.

What's in it for you?

  • High street discounts from thousands of well‑known retailers, gyms and more via our Mi Deals platform.
  • Life cover of up to four times your salary.
  • Enhanced pension contributions, a save‑as‑you‑earn scheme, and a Mitie Matching Share Plan (with the potential for free shares).
