Job Title: PFX planner (Fire extingusher)
Shift Pattern: Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm
Hourly Pay Rate: £13.45
Location: Mitie | Mitec, 1st Floor, Unit 9, Silverwood Business Park, 70 Silverwood Road, Lurgan, Craigavon, County Armagh, BT66 6SY

Job Description:
Communicating with PFX Engineers / Regional Service Managers
Emails & Call handling
Overseeing & Scheduling Engineer workload up to 30 days in advance via Cash
Raising permits for shopping centres.
Liaising with the client to ensure all scheduled visits take place as planned.
Meeting Service Levels (SLAs)
Following management instructions
Communicating with Multiple Helpdesks to ensure we are delivery customer service & to resolve any customer queries
Data Inputting
Working as part of a large team
Processing and maintaining customer records
Ensuring all call outs logged have correct information within C4W – ie purchase order, reason code, loaded against correct call type, contact name & number, full descriptions of works required
Essential
Applicants must have a 5-year checkable history.
Confident using Microsoft Office, including:

- Outlook
You must successfully pass a PSNI check as per BS5979 and BS7858 screening as per industry standard.
