Mitie is looking for a Retail Security Officer who delivers exceptional customer service while ensuring a safe shopping environment for customers and colleagues. The role involves deterring crime, conducting store patrols, and supporting the reduction of crime and stock loss through CCTV and body‑worn cameras. A current SIA licence or SIA certificates is preferred; training for a licence can be provided in some circumstances.

Responsibilities
- Deliver industry‑leading customer service.

- Conduct store patrols.
