Responsibilities
- Ensure equipment is kept clean, well maintained and in safe working order.
- Meet all agreed SLAs.
- Build knowledge and understanding of the designated cleaning area.
- Know when the work needs to be carried out and all cleaning equipment and chemicals used on the premises while following Health and Safety requirements.
- Successfully undertake all online training required to deliver the cleaning role.
- Work within a Regional team but also under your own initiative.
- Build positive and productive working relationships with all customers.
- Deliver excellent customer service and seek ways to continuously improve and exceed expectations.
Qualifications
- Ability to communicate and read basic English.
- Previous cleaning experience is desirable but not essential.
- Flexible approach to the role.
- Open, honest, self-driven and determined.
- Reliable and hardworking with a professional attitude.
The position is subject to a UK Security Clearance, which will be required prior to starting in the role.
