ROLE: Painter / Decorator
HOURS: 36 hrs/week

We're looking for a Painter/Decorator (Handyperson) who will support multiple Mitie client sites by delivering high-quality painting, decorating, and general building maintenance services in a safe and efficient manner.
Role Responsibilities
- Carry out painting and decorating tasks across various client sites to a high standard
- Ensure all work is completed in line with health and safety regulations and client expectations
- Perform planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive repair works
- Record accurate maintenance data, including materials used and time taken
- Identify and report defects, vulnerabilities, and scope issues to improve service delivery
Required Qualifications
- Experience in facilities management, construction, or building maintenance environments
- Relevant qualification (City & Guilds Level 2/3) in Painting & Decorating or similar trade
- Proven ability to deliver high-quality maintenance and repair work
