Main Duties:
- Deliver excellent service of routine planned and periodic cleaning for a Mitie customer.
- Ensure the contract service delivery is of a high standard and meet all SLA agreements whilst adhering to the cleaning schedules.
- Maintain the hospital's reputation for high-quality soft services and seek opportunities for further development.
- Build positive and productive working relationships with all customers, delivering excellent customer service and seeking ways to continuously improve and exceed expectations.
- Adhere to all Mitie Quality, Safety, Health and Environmental policies and procedures.
- Work on your own initiative where appropriate.
- Be reliable and hardworking with a professional attitude.
- Work to a schedule, be a team player, and strive for continuous improvements in service delivery.
The ideal candidate would have cleaning experience; however, training can be provided. You should have a full working knowledge of all cleaning equipment, materials, and approved chemicals used by Mitie.
