About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Cleaning Supervisor to work with a range of Mitie clients to manage a cleaning team, including recruitment and development of staff and maintaining excellent service standards for the delivery of routine planned and periodic cleaning for a Mitie customer.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver routine planned and periodic cleaning in line with task schedules.
- Ensure staff understand and follow Health & Safety procedures; provide technical training as required.
- Distribute uniforms, monitor cleanliness standards, and manage the use of materials and ordering of stocks.
- Efficiently handle any issues and refer to line manager where appropriate.
Required Experience & Skills
- Previous supervisory and cleaning experience.
- Strong communication skills.
- Reliable, hardworking, and professional attitude.
- Ability to work independently to a schedule.
