We’re looking for a Marketing Lead to join Marlowe Environmental Services, a market-leading environmental compliance business.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping marketing strategy, delivering high-impact campaigns and supporting long term business growth.

Reporting to the Commercial Marketing Director, you’ll work closely with senior stakeholders and specialist marketing teams across content, digital and design to create compelling campaigns that strengthen our market position, generate demand and engage customers across key sectors.

  • What You’ll Be Doing
  • Developing and delivering marketing strategies that align with commercial objectives and drive revenue growth.
  • Creating insight-led campaigns that enhance brand awareness and strengthen our position within environmental compliance.
  • Leading multi-channel marketing initiatives focused on lead generation, client retention and business development.
  • Supporting the development of account-based marketing programmes for high-value opportunities and key target accounts.
  • Building strong relationships with stakeholders to understand business priorities and translate them into effective marketing activity.
  • Developing sales enablement tools and resources that support business development teams.
  • Collaborating with internal specialists and external agency partners to deliver innovative and impactful campaigns.
  • Using market, sector and customer insights to continuously optimise marketing performance and improve ROI.
  • Ensuring consistency of messaging, brand positioning and campaign execution across all marketing activities.

About You

We’re looking for an experienced marketer who combines strategic thinking with a hands-on approach and enjoys working in a fast paced, collaborative environment.

You’ll ideally have

  • Experience in a mid-to-senior marketing role, preferably within a B2B environment.
  • Knowledge of Facilities Management, environmental compliance or the water industry.
  • A proven track record of developing and delivering successful marketing campaigns.
  • Strong commercial awareness and the ability to align marketing activity to business objectives.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • A data-driven and analytical mindset, balanced with creativity and innovative thinking.
  • Strong project management, organisational and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Experience of Account-Based Marketing (ABM) would be advantageous.
  • A marketing or business qualification would be beneficial.
