This is more than a senior controller role. We’re looking for someone ready to step into leadership. As a Control Room Team Leader, you’ll oversee a team of Control Room Administrators operating 24/7, ensuring our National Operations Centre runs smoothly, professionally, and to the highest standard.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Supervising and supporting a team of Controllers across day and night shifts
- Monitoring live staffing, attendance, welfare checks, and incident response
- Ensuring duress activations and escalations are handled correctly and promptly
- Overseeing workload distribution during peak periods
- Maintaining exceptional accuracy in reporting and incident logging
- Leading structured handovers between shifts
- Coaching team members to improve performance and confidence
- Identifying process improvements and driving standards upward
- Acting as the first point of escalation before matters move to senior management
This is a role for someone who can spin multiple plates without dropping standards.
