JOB OVERVIEW
Mitie the UK's leading facilities management and professional services company are growing our IKEA Security Operations Centre and are looking for people to join us on a permanent basis.
Previous experience monitoring CCTV ideal , but on the job training will be provided along with a fully funded CCTV SIA licence.

Main Duties
- Report and present to the IRMC Manager and supervisors
- Using CCTV to identify criminal behaviour happening with IKEA Units
- Supporting IKEA Co-workers on the phone
- Input of security and crime incident data into a central database
- Providing a high level of customer service to our client
- Engagement with the MITIE loss prevention team

- £30000 per annum, 42 hours PW, including weekend working,
- Varied shifts Monday to Sunday, Shifts are between the working hours of 11am till 10pm Monday to Saturday and 10:00am to 6:00pm on a Sunday.
