ROLE: Asbestos Auditor
HOURS: 40 hours Full Time
LOCATION: Northampton/Milton Keynes

We're looking for an Asbestos Auditor who will conduct a full range of asbestos auditing duties across domestic, commercial and industrial properties while supporting clients with technical advice and accurate reporting.
Interviews are routinely held on Wednesday afternoons; however, we are happy to offer flexibility where needed to support applicants' individual circumstances.
Role Responsibilities:
- Conduct on-site witness auditing, reinspection auditing, and desktop reviews of survey reports.
- Support and develop field-based teams through training, mentoring, and auditing activity.
- Monitor staff authorisation levels and ensure compliance with internal procedures.
- Lead investigations into corrective, preventative, and follow-up actions, including complaint handling.
- Work collaboratively with Quality Managers and wider teams to maintain UKAS accreditation standards and meet client KPIs.
Required Qualifications:
- Demonstrable experience within the asbestos field and ability to meet company procedural requirements.
- Hold a recognised qualification such as BOHS P402, RSPH Level 3 Certificate in Asbestos Surveying, or BOHS Certificate of Competence in Asbestos.
- Strong communication, organisation, and IT skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
