ROLE: Nightshift Manager
HOURS: Sunday to Thursday, 37.5 hours, 10pm - 6am
POSITION: Site Based, no travel
SALARY: £33,150
LOCATION: Holyrood, Edinburgh
Mitie Cleaning & Environmental Services are seeking a Nightshift Manager- Cleaning, who will deliver excellent service standards, while meeting SLA agreements and adhering to cleaning specifications and compliance procedures.
Main duties:
- To ensure all aspects of the cleaning service are carried out and maintained to the required standard
- To conduct compliance audits / inspections of internal cleaning standards and documentation
- To carry out nightly checks to ensure all tasks have been completed
- To maintain the highest standards of Health and Safety culture on site
- To drive improvements in the site cleaning standards
- To provide training and awareness for all nightshift staff in all procedures relevant to their role
What we are looking for:
- Previous supervisory experience is essential,
- Have a flexible approach to the role,
- Be a team player but also can work independently,
- Reliable, trustworthy and organised,
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office packages,
- To undertake any other related duties which are within the job holder's capability, according to the needs of the business and as directed by the Account,
