As an Elite Security Officer, you will be responsible for safeguarding high-value assets, personnel, and premises through advanced security protocols and proactive threat mitigation. This role demands exceptional situational awareness, professionalism, and the ability to respond swiftly and effectively to incidents. We are looking for people who are keen to join their 'one team' family. An SIA licence is essential and excellent customer service. If you have these skills we will train you. You will be undertaking a wide variety of tasks. If you show aptitude there will be opportunities to seek further development with the Mitie team.
Responsibilities
- To protect our customer's property, people and/or assets by providing security services in direct accordance with the sites published Assignment Instructions (AI's) and any subsequent changes.
- Delivering results that meet and/or exceed the Key performance indicators/Service Level Agreement for the customer through full responsibility and accountability, providing a service that aids in the retention of the contract.
- To undertake additional training to ensure continuous self-development.
- To be aware of and ensure compliance with all aspects of policies and relevant legal and regulatory requirements as directed by the Security.
