This is a fantastic opportunity to join RHI Industrials Ltd, a successful security company who specialise in Security / Access Control Systems to some of the UK's largest Utility companies across the UK, to join as an ambitious Administrator and help to develop the business during an exciting phase of growth. The administrator will be working at our Head Offices in Matfen, Newcastle Upon Tyne NE20 0RQ. The offices are located around 15 mins from Hexham and 30 minutes from Newcastle City Centre. This position is a part time role of around 20hrs a week. We are flexible in terms of working arrangements, so the hours can be spread across 5 half days, 2/3 days a week or whatever else suits the successful candidate.

  • IT literate with good typing skills and confident using a range of Microsoft Office programmes including Outlook, Word and Excel

  • Must be willing to help out their admin colleagues during periods of heavy workload

  • Assisting other administrators during times of heavy workload / backlogs
  • Answering incoming telephone calls
  • Email communications to clients and to employees
  • Database entry
  • Updating spreadsheets
  • General office upkeep
