ROLE: Senior Analyst LOCATION: Hybrid CONTRACT: Full Time

We're looking for a Senior Analyst to operate within a hub‑and‑spoke analytics model, embedded within a contract team while remaining aligned to our central Advanced Analytics function.
This is a high‑impact role focused on bridging the gap between business need and technical delivery, owning analytics solutions end‑to‑end and delivering measurable business outcomes.
- Role Responsibilities
- Identify opportunities and deliver end‑to‑end analytics solutions, from problem definition through to deployment.
- Develop high‑quality Power BI dashboards to drive informed decision‑making.
- Translate complex datasets into clear, actionable insights and business narratives.
- Drive data visualisation best practice and storytelling across stakeholders.
- Automate reporting, KPIs, and business processes using Power Automate and integrated data solutions.
- Build and optimise data models and analytics solutions across the Microsoft ecosystem.
- Apply statistical techniques and machine learning concepts to deliver deeper business insight.
- Collaborate with the Data & AI Centre of Excellence to enhance data structures and solutions.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and scale analytics capability across the contract.
- Work directly with operational and commercial stakeholders to shape demand, challenge requirements, and deliver value‑driven solutions.

Technical Skills
• Strong experience across the Microsoft analytics stack, including
- Microsoft Fabric (preferred or willingness to learn)
- Power BI (Power Query, DAX)
- SQL for data extraction and transformation
- Python for data analysis, modelling, and automation
- Power Automate and workflow automation
- Strong data modelling, preparation, and visualisation skills.
- Proven experience delivering end‑to‑end analytics solutions, not just reporting.
- Understanding of integrating analytics solutions across the Microsoft ecosystem.
- Exposure to AI tooling and statistical analysis techniques.

- Strong ability to engage with non‑technical stakeholders and translate business problems into technical solutions.
