ROLE: Asset Care Process and Planning Manager HOURS: 40 hours a week LOCATION: Hybrid

We're looking for a professional who will plan, coordinate, and maintain efficient schedules and logistics for M&E asset collection activities, ensuring all projects are delivered on time and aligned with customer and programme requirements.

You will manage resources, access arrangements, documentation, communication, and performance monitoring while supporting stakeholders and driving continuous improvements across processes and workflows.

Role Responsibilities

  • Liaise with Project Management teams to confirm priority projects and ensure that scope, timelines, budgets, compliance requirements and site access arrangements have been agreed before asset collection scheduling proceeds.
  • Develop, maintain and manage multiple project schedules across contracts, ensuring alignment with customer and programme plans.
  • Plan and coordinate asset data collection activities, adjusting schedules proactively and reactively to address delays, access issues or urgent priorities.
  • Determine, communicate and manage resource and logistical requirements to maximise efficiency and minimise travel.
  • Prepare and issue complete documentation packs for engineers, including site details, contacts, asset lists, drawings and other relevant information.

Required Qualifications

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to liaise with a wide range of people, including management of meetings and conference calls.
  • Expert level in Microsoft Office IT skills (Excel, Word & Power Point).
  • General understanding of CAFM systems and compliance requirements.
