Responsibilities
- You will ensure equipment is kept clean, well maintained, and in safe working order, meeting all agreed SLAs.
- Build your knowledge of the designated cleaning area, understanding when the work needs to be carried out, and using all cleaning equipment and chemicals on the premises while following Health and Safety requirements.
- You will succeed in all required training to deliver the cleaning role, work within a team, and act under your own initiative.
- You will build positive and productive working relationships with all customers, deliver excellent customer service, and seek ways to continuously improve and exceed expectations.
Qualifications
- Ability to communicate and read basic English; previous cleaning experience is desirable but not essential.
- A flexible approach to the role is required, along with openness, honesty, self‑drive, determination, reliability, hard work, and a professional attitude.
