We are looking for an experienced Multi‑skilled engineer with a plumbing bias to work with a range of Mitie clients undertaking inspection and repairs across a variety of commercial plumbing and drainage installations, including pipework inspections, adaptations, and repairs.
Responsibilities:
- Answer queries, report any defects, and keep the client informed of site activities at the time of the service visit.
- Complete all work‑related documentation accurately and on time, keeping logs of inspection reports and remedial work.
- Apply health & safety, Permit to Work procedures and safe systems of working while performing tasks.
- Maintain physical fitness to carry out the fuller duties detailed in the job description.
Qualifications:
- Background within Maintenance / Facilities Management environment or similar.
- Either C&G Level 2 / NVQ Level 2 or equivalent (not essential).
