We're looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Plumber to join our growing engineering team. You will be working in a diverse role where no two days are the same, offering opportunity to utilise and further develop your skillset. Our skilled engineers provide delivery of planned and reactive FM maintenance services.
By joining as a Plumbing Engineer, you will undertake a range of duties. This includes inspection and repairs across a variety of commercial plumbing and drainage installations, including pipework inspections, adaptions and repairs for associated equipment (pumps/expansion vessels/PRVs/TMVs etc.). Your work will be completed to SFG20 or relevant ACoP standards, as applicable. You will deliver an exceptional level of service for the client, answering queries, reporting defects and ensuring that the client remains informed of site activities. You will also be responsible for completing all work-related documentation accurately and in a timely manner, keeping logs of inspection reports and remedial work.
Our ideal candidate will have experience within a Facilities Maintenance environment and with the maintenance and repair of Zip Taps and/or similar associated equipment.
Essential qualifications: City & Guilds Level 2/3 in a relevant area, or an NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent technical diploma.
