We're looking for a Mobile Building Services Engineer who will support the Gov Home Office estate, delivering maintenance, installation and fault‑finding services across multiple sites.
Role Responsibilities
- Upgrading and installing electrical systems and carrying out maintenance works
- Completing planned PPMs, inspections and fault finding
- Undertaking basic plumbing and fabric tasks as and when required
- Recording all activities, remedial works and inspection logs using PDA systems
- Delivering excellent customer service through strong verbal and written communication
Required Qualifications
- NVQ Level 3 certification in Electrical Maintenance / Installation
- Current 18th Edition Wiring Regulations Certification
- Must have completed the AM2 Competency Assessment
Desirable:
- City and Guilds 2391-52 Test and Inspection qualification
- ECS Gold Card Holder
