We're now looking for a Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer / Multi-Skilled Engineer to join our growing engineering team, supporting our SWR rail contract across London and the Southwest.
The Role - What You'll Be Doing
You’ll deliver high-quality planned and reactive maintenance across a diverse portfolio of commercial sites, working safely, professionally, and collaboratively.
Delivering planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive repairs across air conditioning, mechanical, electrical and building fabric systems (dependent on skills).
- Maintaining, repairing and fault-finding on AC systems including split systems, VRV/VRF and heat pumps.
- Carrying out installations, upgrades and minor modifications where required.
- Ensuring all work complies with current legislation, safety standards and company procedures.
- Communicating clearly with customers, colleagues, and contractors to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Accurately completing electronic job records, reports, RAMS and compliance documentation.
- Supporting continuous improvement by identifying improvements to equipment performance, reliability and efficiency.
- Providing excellent customer service and proactively identifying maintenance or H&S concerns.
- Participating in an on-call rota for emergency works.

Essential experience & skills
- Experience in commercial maintenance or facilities management
- Strong understanding of Health & Safety legislation

- Air Conditioning / HVAC
- NVQ Level 3 in Air Conditioning or Refrigeration
- F-Gas Certification
- Electrical (if applicable)
- NVQ Level 3 or Electrical Apprenticeship
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
- Testing & Inspection qualification (2391 or equivalent)
