Regional Manager

We're looking for a Regional Manager to lead the delivery of Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) services across a high-profile Network Rail contract. You'll play a key role in developing strong customer relationships, leading regional teams and driving service excellence across multiple sites.
Role Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire regional service teams to deliver high-quality IFM services while maintaining excellent customer satisfaction
- Build strong relationships with Network Rail stakeholders and act as the key escalation point within the region
- Ensure full compliance with Mitie and Network Rail health and safety, quality and operational standards
- Drive continuous improvement, innovation and operational performance across the regional portfolio
- Support business reviews, audits, site mobilisations and the development of direct reports
Required Qualifications
Applicants must meet the below defined requirements for the role:
- Proven experience managing Facilities Management or Integrated Facilities Management services witn a multi-site environment
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management and customer relationship skills
- NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent health and safety qualification
