We're looking for a Multi Skilled Technician to support world-class Armed Forces personnel by maintaining and operating new and existing buildings, primarily through reactive maintenance and occasional planned preventative tasks.

Role Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to reactive repairs, making safe and isolating issues where necessary.
  • Carry out a range of building fabric tasks, including carpentry, painting and decorating, glazing repairs, and general maintenance works.
  • Perform minor plumbing tasks and support additional maintenance activities where required.
  • Maintain accurate records of all assigned work and update job reports within one hour of attendance.
  • Provide excellent customer service, keeping building occupants informed and liaising effectively with clients and team members.

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience in building maintenance, with strong carpentry and painting/decorating skills and basic knowledge of plumbing and electrical work.
  • Relevant trade qualification or equivalent experience (e.g. City & Guilds or NVQ).
  • Strong organisational, communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and manage workloads effectively.
  • Full UK driving licence (essential).
  • Health and Safety awareness (e.g. CSCS, IOSH) and experience in facilities maintenance environments are desirable.
