ROLE: Mechanical Supervisor

HOURS: 40 hours per week

LOCATION: Bounds Green London

We're looking for an M&E Supervisor who will supervise service delivery and team/individual performance within M&E teams, acting as a first point of contact for Site FM and employees.

Role Responsibilities

  • Assist the Facilities Manager and Account Manager in supervising and delivering a range of planned, reactive and project works.
  • Work collaboratively with the client, engineering and support teams to meet all contract requirements, KPI's and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Work with the planning team to deliver preventative planned maintenance and reactive works, including reducing WIP historical works.
  • Provide line management to a team of engineers including coaching, mentoring and developing team members to reach their full potential.
  • Take a proactive approach to customer care, resolving day-to-day issues and escalating where required.

Required Qualifications

  • NVQ Level 3 or higher in an Electrical and/or Mechanical discipline.
  • IOSH Managing Safely (training can be provided).
  • Experience in people management and supervisory roles.
  • Good understanding of health and safety, permit to work procedures and safe systems of working (including RAMS).
