We're looking for an experienced Multi Skilled Engineer with a HVAC and Commercial Gas bias who will maintain and repair all operational equipment within high street retail stores in Manchester.
Role Responsibilities
- Maintain and repair all operational equipment within high street retail stores in Manchester
- Deliver the highest level of service for the client, answering queries and keeping them informed of site activities
- Oversee planned PPM and compliance works
- Assist contractors and sub-contractors and ensure compliance with all statutory obligations
- Complete all work-related documentation accurately and on time
- Effectively prioritise your own workload whilst assisting other engineers/staff with their duties as required
- Adopt a flexible, proactive and positive approach to work and working hours
Required Qualifications
- Qualified at a City & Guilds level 2/3 in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration/HVAC, along with Commercial Gas tickets with experience within a maintenance / facilities management environment
- Good understanding of current Health & Safety legislation and building Statutory Compliance and ability to apply this to the role
- Committed to the delivery of excellent customer service
- Able to carry tools and equipment by hand of up to 20kg
- Able to ascend/descend vertical access equipment and work at heights
- Available to join a call out rota
- Hold a full UK driving licence
