We're looking for an experienced Multi Skilled Engineer with a HVAC and Commercial Gas bias who will maintain and repair all operational equipment within high street retail stores in Manchester.

Role Responsibilities

  • Maintain and repair all operational equipment within high street retail stores in Manchester
  • Deliver the highest level of service for the client, answering queries and keeping them informed of site activities
  • Oversee planned PPM and compliance works
  • Assist contractors and sub-contractors and ensure compliance with all statutory obligations
  • Complete all work-related documentation accurately and on time
  • Effectively prioritise your own workload whilst assisting other engineers/staff with their duties as required
  • Adopt a flexible, proactive and positive approach to work and working hours

Required Qualifications

  • Qualified at a City & Guilds level 2/3 in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration/HVAC, along with Commercial Gas tickets with experience within a maintenance / facilities management environment
  • Good understanding of current Health & Safety legislation and building Statutory Compliance and ability to apply this to the role
  • Committed to the delivery of excellent customer service
  • Able to carry tools and equipment by hand of up to 20kg
  • Able to ascend/descend vertical access equipment and work at heights
  • Available to join a call out rota
  • Hold a full UK driving licence
